Shipping Policy
Any and all orders placed through the Site are subject to this Shipping Policy. We strive for expedient delivery and aim to have most packages shipped within 7 business days at no additional cost. A flat fee of $10.00 will have the shipment expedited and delivered within 7 business days. Custom monogrammed items are made to order, and may add time to the delivery time of these items. Please keep in mind that orders are not fulfilled on weekends. QiSoftware (WiredShops) bears no responsibility for the safety or delivery of the products purchased on our website. Once the package leaves WiredShops' control (order cancelation, etc.) and has been passed to the carrier, any problems pertaining to the delivery of that package must be resolved between the customer and the carrier in accordance with the carrier's policies.
Return & Exchange Policies
If you are not satisfied with the products received for any reason, we will happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:
1. Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event are only eligible for a store credit or exchange;
2. WiredShops offers easy 7 day returns from the delivery date on all items, and items must be returned together with original proof of purchase;
3. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;
4. We encourage you to return your items via a prepaid registered or traceable postal service and taking note of your tracking number. WiredShops is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
